Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Channel Sales
Location: Bikaner, Ganganagar, Jaisalmer, Alwar, Nagaur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Bharatpur, Jhunjhunu, etc.
Experience: 5 to 12 years of experience in Consumer Durable or Consumer Electronics
Salary: 4 - 6 Lac + Attractive Incentives
Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation

Job Description:
• Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the respective cities & upcountry area and achieve the Sales target.
• Handling primary, secondary and tertiary sales targets and collections.
• Responsible to promote Water Purifier Product Sales.
• Develop and manage efficient channel sales network.
• Work on Target based development across Consumer Electronics or Consumer Durable.
• Responsible for generating revenue through channel sales.
• Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
• To achieve the budgeted business targets & customer satisfaction.
• Ensure regular updating of sales MIS and update the reporting officer on daily basis.
• Compiling and analysing sales figure on regular basis.
• Managing Day to Day activities of Channel sales, build a highly professional team culture and working environment.

Skills Required:
1. Should possess good knowledge of the distribution pattern of appliances market of the given region.
2. Exposure in managing Distributors & General Trade Outlets.
3. Achieving the Sales Targets and expansion of distribution networks.
4. Strong local market experience and Consumer Durable and Consumer Electronic product experience is mandatory.
5. Regular Collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding.
6. Responsible to Organize logistics and timely distribution of Water Purifier Products.
7. Exposure in executing ATL/BTL & Brand Activation Activities.
8. Should have excellent communication skills and knowledge of the local language is a must
9. Must have experience in Consumer Durable / Appliances / Kitchen / other Industry
10. Implementation of ISO Standards and documentation
11. Comfortable work for initiate basis
12. Conduct Market Intelligence & Identify the gaps in market.
13. Well versed with MS-Office and Internet
14. Willing to travel - 80%
15. Comfortable in target based job
