We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be part of the Vafion Digital team, a growth marketing team that delivers and nurtures customers through digital touch points.

Job Brief:

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Marketing Executive will work with the marketing & sales team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

The ideal person for this role will have a growth hacker mentality, with experience building
asymmetrical campaigns across various mediums, and is able to evaluate success/failure with
data analysis and experimentation.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.).
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought Leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Optimize portfolio of paid media investment across ad platforms.
Drive data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage annual and quarterly forecasting and provide updates on growth opportunities.
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.

Requirements:

BTech +MBA in marketing or a related field
2+ years’ experience in digital marketing
2+ years of marketing experience at a software company, preferably product company
2+ years building and managing multiple complex campaigns at once
1+ year developing campaign/program strategies from the ground up
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Should have at least 1000+ LinkedIn, Twitter connections
Hootsuite certifications will be an added advantage

Tools:

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,Web Trends)
Expert in creating quality content using tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Gimp
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools(Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Measure the campaign effectiveness using tools such as Campaign Monitor or MailChimp
Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs for Keyword Research, Rank Tracking,Competitor Analysis, SEO Audit, and Viral Content Research
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Familiarity with end-to-end SEO platforms such as Moz, Hotsuite etc.
