Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Handled all administrative matters like guest house management, travel management, maintenance, upkeep repairs of the company’s asset, mobile phones.
Responsible for releasing purchase orders.
Scrutinize of monthly expenses for reimbursement.
Cost calculation of common utilities expenses of the organization.
Coordination with other departments and provide assistance as and when required.
