Job Description :

You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide solution for the same. 
Role will involve providing support to end users through calls, chat and emails
Providing quality services and resolve concerns efficiently and proficiently
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to utilise soft skills to retain and delight customers

Preferred Qualification :

Previous experience in a customer service role - Chat/ E-Mail/ Voice
Effective probing skills and analyzing/ Understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach 
Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with Neutral English Accent
Strong attention to detail
