L1 Engineer
 
Job Profile:
  • Handling service request and follow-up until closure over email, phone, helpdesk or live chat
  • OS Installation and troubleshooting
  • End-point protection support
  • Mail Client Configuration and Support
  • Office Automation software and 3rd party Application support
  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Perform scheduled tasks
  • Perform Patch management
  • Password Management
  • Backup and recovery
  • For known issues, resolve using Standard Operating Procedures (SoP)
  • For unknown issues, escalate it to respective group with initial findings
  • On-site manager / Customer / vendor co-ordination
  • Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services and customer service processes
  • ?  Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications
  
 
 
Experience: Fresher, 1 to 3 yrs
