At least three years of post basic skill work experience as on 01.01.2020 in a Bank/NBFC/PSU/FIs/Credit Rating Company. Post qualification experience in high value credit is required. Experience should be in appraisal/assessment of credit proposals of medium/large corporates. Last Date for Application Closing : 13th July 2020 ? Timely completion of Inspection / Renewals as Appraiser, such as Credit Risk Assessment proposals ? Preventing maximum marks for the AMT in Credit Audit in Pre-Sanction ? Assisting Relationship Manager in achieving Budgeted increase in Other Income for the AMT ? Ensuring ABS considered for the suggestions would be the same as registered with ROCs ? Ensuring achievement of satisfactory RAROC (Risk adjusted Return on Capital) for each unit at the AMT ? Evaluation and evaluation of credit proposal including Ad hoc facilities/structuring/rehabilitation proposals/any other kind of business or overall proposal pertaining to the device. ? Ensuring timely/review/renewal of credit limitations. ? Obtaining data/information from clients for evaluation and processing of the proposal. ? Interacting with key officials at the borrowing units for accessing data/statements etc.. ? Obtain and verify the authorized search reports/ evaluation reports for properties provided as Primary/Collateral securities. ? ROC Look at every sanction of the constraints to the device. ? Organizing for compilation/updation of view reports and CIRs. ? Organizing for D & B/Credit Reports and their evaluation, wherever required. ? Obtaining external credit ratings of their clients. ? Credit related notes such as RMD deviations/any other deviations, concession etc or non-business/proposals to competent authorities. Article - Sanction Stage: ? Planning of Deal letter and ensuring that all of the terms and conditions of sanction have been incorporated therein. ? Attending consortium meetings with Relationship Manager, wherever required. ? Evaluation of FFRs and other financial statements placing up to Relationship Manager and carrying up issues/observation listed, together with the company. ? Attending to the charge associated correspondence with external and internal agencies. ? Periodical inspections according to the directions of Relationship Manager. Miscellaneous: ? Tracking and monitoring significant developments from the industries/activities where the creditors operate/have interests. ? Production, maintenance and updation of profile profile according to the format devised by the Relationship Manager/Branch Head/Bank. ? Monthly updation of pricing/concession to be prepared for verification/checking by Relationship Manager (And for entry to Concurrent Auditors). ? Credit Analyst who is a regular bank officer will perform the function of Service Officer in his or her absence. ? Preparation of outstanding issues/non-compliance with the conditions of sanction in pre-sanction regions for every firm and its updation, on resolution of the issues involved. ? Assisting Relationship Manager in preparation of Annual Action Plan. ? Any other job/task relating to dispensation or administration of any other particular task of any character arising from business or administrative exigencies or perhaps otherwise under Directions of Chief Manager/Relationship Manager/Branch Head. What will you be doing? Work with the UI/Ux/API Designer and the Solution Architects in for gathering business requirements and architecting HR Business process solutions with effective API solutions. Design and develop system and process APIs over the HR Data Hub as well as other HR Tech systems, as required to support target state architecture for HR function.This also covers documentation of Functional and Technical documents related to the configuration including knowledge articles, user guides, process diagrams, use cases, and test plans.as relevant. Perform job duties with minimal direction; manage expectations effectively. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with relevant years development experience Strong proficiency with designing and coding RESTful APIs, SOAP Java, RAML and extensive experience in API security, performance, orchestration usage/consumption tracking and alerting Strong proficiency in designing and developing user interface using HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, Bootstrap and Angular JS or other JS frameworks Experience developing applications using Java 7/8 / JEE. Strong experience using Spring 3/4 (including knowledge across Core Spring Framework, including Spring Boot) Skills that will help you in the role: Working knowledge of Enterprise tools like ServiceFirst, Jira, Confluence and Agile Central Exposure to DevOps - Jenkins, Cucumber (Optional), Gradle, Maven, GitHub, Bitbucket.
