Roles & Responsibilities:
The Incumbent will be responsible for Design and development of Institute’s curriculum to meet the needs of the Coaching program as per the CBSE for various Competitive Exams at national level.
Drive the effort in developing policies, programs, curriculum activities, budgets of the Institute and implementing them effectively.
Responsible for overall Planning and drive the development and growth, Public relation and Publicity of the Coaching institute in the market.
The Incumbent will be expected to take charge of formulation of Education policy as well as change management as required.
Responsible to continually develop teaching staff performance in order to ensure delivery of high quality teaching given to the students.
Collaborate with teachers and parents towards ensuring the overall development of the students
Build a nurturing environment that caters to the needs of the students as well as the staff.
Responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships and with open commumication line with various groups of people involved such as Institute, community, the students, staff, parents, alumni, and the local community, local authorities etc
Desired attributes and skill:
Candidate should have a post-graduate or doctoral degree in any field of expertise
Should have 15+ years of teaching experience preferable in a reputed CBSE school
Should have 4-5 years of experience working as Principal or Vice Principal or HOD
Should have a proven track record of excellence working in leadership position.
Should be very well versed with various academic standards and teaching methodologies
The candidate should have a passion in imparting knowledge and strive towards making a difference in the field of education
Should be a leader with great leadership skills, should be collaborative and has the ability to motivate others
Should be culturally sensitive and work well with others.
Strong interpersonal skills
Post-graduate or doctoral degree in any field of expertise
