Job Summary: Responsible for overall sales strategy, and drive the sales and mentor the sales resources to grow company revenue. Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare individual sales action plans in line with the overall sales strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth aims of the business.
Guiding the Sales Resources for the Achievement
Materialize current sales opportunities and identify new ones to meet required revenue targets within defined areas of responsibilities.
Achieve Sales Targets in Oil, Gas & Chemical Testing services PAN India. Including new services like, Transformer Oil Testing, Grease Testing, OEM Trials on Lubricants & Fuels, Gases like LPG,CNG,NG and other gases.
In conjunction with overall sales strategy, create sales plans to grow company revenue for designated accounts/region
