We are looking for 'Telecaller', ‘Receptionist’ and ‘Sales Executive’ (Male & Female both) Who can handle Sales Profiles i.e. Real Estate Sales.

Eligibility:-

1) Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
2) Graduation / Post Graduation.
3) Bike is must for the sales executives. (Sales Executive)
4) Should have some knowledge of Real Estate Sector.
5) Must be comfortable in travelling (Sales Executives)

Salary - It depends upon their interview its completely negotiable.For Experienced Candidates we will give 5% - 10% hike and even more if he is a good performer.

Job Description-

JOB PURPOSE:
To execute property sales to achieve monthly sales targets while
ensuring high quality customer service; and identifying opportunities
for growing sales volume, market shares and profitability to grow
future business.

Key duties/responsibilities for sales executive:-

1. Calls (including cold calling) on potential businesses and
creates an effective pipeline of potential contacts.

2. Generates new businesses through a series of networking events,
industry contacts, and LinkedIn.

3. Maintains existing client relationships by providing on-going
consulation.

4. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with
clients to create a partnership that yields success, results, and
credibility.

5. Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients
and prospects.

6. Uses effective communication approaches that include
proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas
and thoughts verbally and in written form.

7. Keeps abreast of trends and innovative sales techniques in an
effort to maintain a competitive edge.

8. Assists with developing and implementing strategic business
development initiatives for RSS to achieve both short and long term
goals.

9. Participates in special projects, as needed.

10. Partners with internal recruiters to deliver services.

Salary structure will be negotiable and will be based on their
Interview Performance and Company's Policy.
