 Customer care is the first point of contact to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving inbound calls and address customer quires.
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services
  • Understanding customer requirements
  • Providing the right customer experience

Education and Experience

  • 12th Pass or Fresh Graduate Or
  • 1 year experience in Customer care/Telecalling/Telemarketing/ Domestic BPO/ Customer Engagement process or domain
