Job Description:

  • Handling telephonic & walk-In enquiries.
  • Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses and colleges in India & Abroad.
  • Convert the enquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
  • Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.
  • To respond to enquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins)
  • Tele-calling from contact database provided by organization to explore prospective students.
  • To provide detailed information of available courses to prospective students and to brief process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order for Admission requirements for various courses and Universities.
  • To visit schools for lead generation and presentation related to College & Course awareness.
  • To involve in promotional activities of Universities and available courses.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have experience in education related counseling work.
  • Experience between 0.6-4 years in voice/international BPO process may also be considered.
  • Enthusiastic individual with discipline and professional approach is desirable.
  • Candidate should possess excellent convincing capabilities & have knack of talking to people.

Responsibilities:-

 

Responsible foroverall Counseling Initiatives of the Consulting admission Business.

Will be Heading and driving Counseling activities of the Organization.

Develop, manage and coach Counseling team

To be single point of contact for clients till the case is successfully converted.

Ensure minimum escalation while upholding the company’s policy of quality services.

Responsible for the overall Conversion & team targets in terms of number of closures achieved.

Take decisions during counseling to assess students’ capability to undertake appropriate Courses

Regular training of the team so as to keep them updated with various fee structure of courses.

Coordinate with various Institutes to gather information about seat availability, fee structure etc.

Actively participates and contributes to university visits, fairs and events whenever required.

Develop a cordial relationship with the college authorities in order to get priority admissions for our students.
