Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited, a Joint Venture of Government of India and Government of Karnataka, is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) entrusted with the responsibility of implementing the Metro Rail Project in the city of Bangalore.
POSITION 1 : Assistant Manager Salary Range : 15600 - 39100 + GP 5400 Required Qualification: Post education experience of minimum Five years in case of Degree holders and minimum Eight years in case of Diploma Holders in Train Operations and Station management in Railways or Metro Railway.
POSITION 2 : Section Engineer Salary Range : 9300 – 34800 + GP 4200 Required Qualification: Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical power Systems / Industrial Electronics / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics.
Post qualification experience of minimum 3 years in case of Engineering degree holders and 6 years in case of diploma holders in Rolling Stock in Railways / Metro Railway/ Metro Train Production Units / Maintenance of Mechanical or Electrical Equipments in Railways / Public Sector or Private sector Production units
Other than the above, representatives will be expanded medicinal and individual mischance protection spread, commitment to superannuation asset and CUG versatile office according to Rules of the Organization. For Managers/DGM s/GMs transport office will be reached out according to the surviving Rules of the Company.
POSTION 3: Junior Engineer (Signalling) Salary Range : 5200 – 20200 + GP 2400 Required Qualification: Matriculation plus three years Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electronic Instrumentation / Communication / Industrial Control / Telecommunication / applied Electronics / Computer Science and Engineering / Digital Electronics / Computer Networking / Power Electronics.
Post education experience of minimum Three years in Signalling works in Railways or Metro Railway
PERIOD OF CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT: 1. The Contract Appointment will be for 3 years. 2. The contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 30 days notice or by paying the contractual remuneration of one month in lieu of notice period, if the circumstances so warrant.
CONDITIONS 1. Candidates who have been shortlisted will only be called for interview. 2. Prescribed qualifications are the minimum requirements and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. 3. The experience is post qualification and the minimum required. Mere possession of minimum experience does not confer any right to be called for interview / selection. 4. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to selection/appointment shall be a disqualification. 5. Selection will be through Interview by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority.
