Job Location :-Mangalore , Mangalore based Male Candidates preferred
Note : Candidates from logistics industry experience of handling sales and operation  in second tier cites of karnataka - Hubli, Shimoga,   Davangere , Belgaum, Mangalore preferred.

Ø     Check, maintain and adhere to the sales administration process
Ø     Competition Knowledge
Ø     Sales Budget for the Branch/Individual
Ø     Impart Training

Tasks & Duties 

Ø     Generate new business additions
Ø     Ensure Sales ROI is achieved month after month
Ø     Device plans to achieve monthly & yearly individual sales targets
Ø    Follow up with the potential clients along with SALES EXECUTIVE
Ø     Negotiate rates & service offers with customers in consultation with Branch head on case to case basis
Ø     Develop & retain existing customers and achieve the base targets set on a monthly basis
Ø     Analyze & understand the business cycle & sales projection for the month/year of existing customers in the assigned base.
Ø     Recover both current /old outstanding from clients by regular follow up
Ø     Reduce Debtors turnover ratio
Ø     Check ,maintain & adhere to the sales administration process
Ø     Ensure that the sales teams Reports are monitored through saffire module every day
Ø     Update prospects details in saffire software package on a daily basis
Ø     Monitor the Credit control for the Branch on a  daily basis
Ø     Communicate & interact with internal & external customers on service issues
Ø     Collect information on all competitors organizational structure, products, USPs, pricing, promotional schemes and other activities and report these on a regular basis to branch head
Ø     Plan and work towards achieving individual as well as Branch Targets.
Ø      Schedule Trainings on products, sales, attitudes and abilities
Job Specification: 
Qualification        : Graduate/MBA .
Experience           :At least 6-8 years of hardcore selling.
Age                      : 35-40 years        
Ø     Conversant with MS Office
Ø     Thorough product related knowledge
Ø     Good Presentation Skills
