- We are looking for young Female Front office Executive with 2 to 4 years experience
- Maintain the helpdesk work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following all prescribed regulations
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
- Answer all incoming (external and internal) telephone calls in a timely and professional manner and direct phone calls to the appropriate employee.
- Maintain a high level of discretion with regard to telephone calls and correspondence.
- Meet and greet all clients and visitors who arrive at reception in a professional manner.
- Responsible for courier correspondence
- Maintain register of movements for employees.
- Responsible for Conference room maintenance & its booking
- Assist in the maintenance & cleanliness of the reception area, meeting rooms, kitchen areas & print room.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Word and Excel to a high standard.
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Ensuring confidentiality of work practices and documents.
